For Jofra Archer, the cricket rarely stops.
The England star and 4CAST co-founder has battled back from injuries to re-establish himself as one of the world's most skilful and hostile bowlers, taking nine wickets in three Ashes Tests before being sidelined for the final two matches of the series.
Jofra also weighed in with valuable lower-order runs, including a sparkling 51 in a 106-run partnership with Ben Stokes in Adelaide.
Next up for Jofra is the T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka and India, before he represents Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
Grabbing downtime when he can is understandably important to the England bowler, and not just because elite athletes need rest.
"You can't just think about cricket all of the time, because you need to get away," Jofra told The Edge.
"You need other interests, you need things that will help you to miss cricket and love cricket. That's when you enjoy it the most, when you've had that time to step away from it and then come back to it."

So where does Jofra like to recuperate?
"Barbados is special to me because it's my home," he said. "It's where I consider my home to be, my bed to be, it's that feeling of being at home that everyone feels when they are home.
"On a typical day there I get up, I do my chores, I train, and then I have the rest of the day. You've got options to do whatever you like. That's the whole point - when you're home you're not supposed to be bothered about anything and that's probably the best thing about it.
"Time off for me is about actually resting properly. Not doing anything, just sitting on the couch, watching TV. Just not moving and giving your body a chance to catch itself again."
It's vital for Jofra to get the rest he needs, because the cricket comes thick and fast.
"We've got Sri Lanka, India, India again, and then the summer," he said. "It never stops. It's crazy now, this is how it is now.
"But I'm just happy to be playing and happy to be playing well."
