Jofra Archer has been Down Under with the England squad for the Ashes series against Australia - and we caught up with him in Adelaide.
The fast bowler - and 4CAST athlete - had just completed an intense session at the Adelaide Oval where he and the rest of the England squad put in an intense shift in the sunshine.
Jofra was heading into a hectic period of three Tests in close succession, with a five-day gap between matches in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
That was a sharp contrast from much longer spells between the Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide Tests, so how does Jofra approach his recovery when the games come thick and fast?
"Sometimes if my legs are feeling really tired or fatigued, I'd probably get a massage or get the leg pumps on," he said.
"If you have one of those long, long, long days in the field, that's when you need to get that kind of treatment.
"It depends on the series, sometimes it's more manageable and you don't need as much help after a match."
The prospect of shorter gaps between Tests appeals to Jofra, who has sympathy for fans who had to wait a long time to see action at the start of the Ashes series.
"You don't really like to have much longer than a week off in between Tests, anything more than a week feels long," he said.
"I can't imagine what it feels like for the people at home who are watching it, it must feel even longer when there's such a long gap in between matches."
