'I've definitely been sat in hotel rooms and nibbled at media, but ultimately when I look back on that, it didn't do me good and it doesn't do me any good.'
Anyone who's ever offered up an opinion on social media can be vulnerable to online abuse. And for those in the public eye, it almost comes with the territory of being a famous face.
It's a long-standing problem in society, and it's something that all of the 4CAST roster have had to handle during their careers.
So how do they deal with it?
Josh Denzel, a celebrity since he appeared on season four of Love Island in 2018, has developed into one of the most respected presenters on TV - not least for his work with the England football squad on Lions' Den.
Josh admits that early in his career he was prone to taking the bait on social media, but he learned very quickly that it's best to ignore the haters.
"I've sat there replying to tweets," he said.
"I get to the point where someone will watch a program, say if I do something with Gary Neville or Roy Keane, on The Overlap or whatever, and they'll criticise me.
"And regardless of all the positive comments, I’m just thinking 'I'm lucky I've got data because I will pepper you!
"I’ve definitely made that mistake. I've definitely been sat in hotel rooms and nibbled at media, but ultimately when I look back on that, it didn't do me good and it doesn't do me any good.
"There’s no win with it."
