"I’m looking forward to having that consistency of knowing that 'right, this is what I'm fuelling my body with. This is the start to my day’.”
Jason Roy has started his AG1 journey - and he's excited to bring some consistency to his health and performance as he navigates a hectic and varied cricket schedule.
The England international's career takes him all over the world to play in tournaments, and that creates a problem for his nutrition strategy.
AG1 gives him the solution.
From immunity to energy levels to mental performance, AG1 offers a host of benefits. And Jason is especially looking forward to the consistency and convenience it will bring to his daily routine.

"For the past couple of years, I've been dotting around in professional leagues and franchise competitions here, there and everywhere," said Jason, "whether it be in Canada, Nepal, Pakistan, India, all over the world.
"And because you're dipping in and out of these environments, it's quite hard to keep a routine, it's quite easy to change eating patterns, eating routines, and the food you're putting into your body, your fuel.
"So for me it was like a realisation that I need to manage this. And it's the perfect moment to start taking AG1 because, for me, I can now switch my mindset to 'this is now my constant'.
"This is now what I'm going to be fuelling my body with in the mornings to make sure that it's giving me that consistent feeling in the morning so that my days can carry on."
Creating a simple, daily routine with AG1 can benefit anyone from elite athletes and to beginners. And as a father of young children, Jason knows just how easy it is to drift into bad habits.
"It's easy when you have kids to go out with them and pick at their food," he said.
"You can overeat because of that, so the idea of having a proper structure and starting my day by putting something good in my body early, like AG1, I think it's going to be something that really helps me.
"Often you can start your day with a certain breakfast and you can feel a bit lethargic during the start of the day, whereas I'm looking forward to having that consistency of knowing that 'right, this is what I'm fuelling my body with. This is the start to my day'.
"I like that idea of having that consistency, where I can say 'okay, that's my start to my day'. This is my training, then I do some mental work and then I do my physical work.
"When you go from country to country to country, with games starting at lunchtime, games starting at evening time, there are changes in sleeping patterns and eating patterns.
"Now I will have that structure in the morning that's going to be my goodness going into my body. I think it's going to really help me with the consistency of my training and my prep work before games."
