Matty Potts is back on home soil after representing England at the Ashes.
The right-arm pace bowler earned his 11th Test cap at the SCG in January before taking the long flight home to England with the rest of the squad.
After nearly two months away, Matty is getting some much-needed downtime away from cricket.
So how does he spend it?
"I like to totally switch off," Matty told The Edge.
"Me and my wife and her sister and her partner, we enjoy going to the Lake District and taking the dogs out. We like being outdoorsy and a bit active.
"Above all it's nice to just get away from everything, and have days where you're not on your phone.
"It's good to get away from that, and be unreachable from people on the outside, which is quite rare in the job that we're in.
"You normally always live by your phone, so it's nice to get a bit of downtime away from social media, my phone, and just get out in the great outdoors.
"It's important to have a little bit of a mental reset," added Matty. "I like golf as well, and that's four hours outside.
"Where you're out on the course and you're just having a laugh with your mates and having a good time, it's great. I can just switch off for four hours from the hectic part of life."
