Ollie Pope is part of the England squad attempting to win back the Ashes in Australia.
The England batter and 4CAST member is Down Under until early January as the old rivals go head to head in a five-Test series that continues throughout December.
We caught up with Ollie for an exclusive chat on The Edge, and this latest instalment focuses on mobility - and how he has tried to improve in that area.
Ollie, some of the players like yoga, maybe some Pilates. Is that your thing?
To be honest, it's not really something I've done a lot of, but I think when I have time off, that's kind of my time to try and get into that.
I do a few yoga sessions and, for me, stretching and that kind of thing is the main thing I want to improve, and keep getting better at, because I think it's quite hard to stay on top of it during matches.
So if you can kind of get ahead of the game by looking after the mobility side of things, that's so important.
It's important to do that before a match. And then obviously during a Test match when you've got five days of games, it's trying to just maintain and stay as fresh as you can over the five days.
If I get a block of training sessions - like I did ahead of the Ashes - yoga is definitely something that I try.
