Terms and Conditions: Win a 4Cast Ben Stokes Hoodie
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ‘Win a 4Cast Ben Stokes Hoodie’ ("Competition") hosted on the 4Cast media app ("Platform") by [Jet media Network Ltd] ("Promoter"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to all users except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
Competition Period:
- The Competition will begin on Friday 6th September 2024 at 9am GMT and end on 30 MAarch 2026 at 5pm GMT ("Competition Period".
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Competition Period at its sole discretion.
How to Enter:
- To enter the Competition, participants must sign up by completing the online entry form with name, email address and phone number.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
Prize Draw:
- One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Competition Period
- The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone, as per detail provided on the online entry form.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

General Terms:
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
- The Promoter may request proof of eligibility, identity, and age from the winner.
- Losing entries will not receive any notification.
- Entries will not be considered as part of this competition if, at the sole discretion of The Promoter, they are deemed to contain language that is in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise contrary to any law
- The names and countries of the prize winners will be available upon request
- The prize winner(s) may be required to take part in related publicity or other marketing related activity, and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms or involved in any fraudulent activity.
- The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, use the winner's name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition without any further compensation.
- The Promoter may need to send winners’ details (name, email address and or postal address) to the prize-giving company for the sole purpose of prize delivery. By entering the competition, you are giving permission for this; you will be notified by The Promoter prior to your details being given to the prize-delivering company
- The Promoter does not guarantee the availability or quality of any products or services provided by third-party sponsors.
- In all cases the decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part
- This competition and these terms and conditions of entry are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
